Yes. Kate’s House is a family-friendly vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach. The main house sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 3.5 bathrooms, making it well suited for families and multi-generational stays. One bedroom features a twin XL bunk bed, ideal for children.
For larger families or groups needing additional space, the separate guest house may also be rented. The guest house has a private entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom, and sleeps up to 4 guests, allowing the full property to accommodate up to 12 guests total.

The home features strong Wi-F (with 1GB download/upload speeds), a built-in desk workspace, and a comfortable layout that supports work-from-anywhere travel. No. On-site events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted. This policy is in place to maintain a peaceful environment and to respect our neighbors in the Santa Rosa Beach community. The neighborhood HOA lives in the community and will enforce no-party rule.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. These times allow our team to properly prepare the home for each guest’s stay.

Kate’s House is an architect-designed vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach, created by Jennifer Bonner of MALL and built as a family collaboration. Donna and Austin—a mother-and-son duo who run a custom trim company in North Alabama—crafted and installed all interior specialty trim. Carol Mockbee of Mockbee Design created the interior design. As the newest home in the Calypso Pointe neighborhood, it features custom woodwork and thoughtful details throughout, reflecting a hands-on approach to both design and construction.
